Tyler Stevens Opens ’21 Season with Weekend Sweep

Tyler Stevens kicked off his 2021 campaign over the weekend with a victory. The pilot of the W&W Timber No. 2 Stallion Transportation Group Crate Late Model charged to the victory on Saturday evening at Chatham Speedway.

Stevens kicked off the third annual Bayou State Nationals on Saturday evening, and began his night with a heat race win. Via his heat race performance he started on the front row for the feature and went on to make his 2021 maiden voyage to Victory Lane.

On Sunday afternoon, Stevens was back looking for another win, and he would achieve his goal. He swept both his heat race and his feature event for the second-straight day, en route to his second victory of the weekend.

“We’ve been chomping at the bit to get the new season underway, and our opening weekend went flawless. We led every lap of every race we entered this weekend,” Stevens noted. “Thank you to all of our marketing partners as well as everyone, who came and picked up some new apparel.”
